Construction Details

Three PT Dinghys have been built at the Wooden Boat School and one was built by Tom George in Port Townsend.

The hull bottoms are a 6mm thick triple diagonal cold molded combination of mahogany and red cedar. 

The sides are 6mm okoume ply and the deck is 4mm okoume ply.

Foils were built in carbon/epoxy/foam in CNC machined female molds.

The carbon spar and booms have been provided by several manufacturers.
